G.I. Makris Ikodomiki Ltd was founded in March 1995 to act as a building and civil engineering contractor, as well as a land developer.
As a contractor, it undertakes works covering all aspects of contracting, from building, civil and industrial and has successfully executed a number of contracts from both the private and semi government sectors.
As a land developer, it has successfully designed, financed and constructed a number of projects consisting of blocks of flats and houses.
